An interactive process that assesses organizational work flow systems, quantifies their effectiveness and uncovers areas for improvement.
The Business Productivity Profile can be completed for a department, division, or the entire organization to determine impact on bottom-line revenue and overall work effectiveness.
How it Works: The Business Productivity Profile begins with one-on-one interviews of a variety of group members – executive leadership, team leaders, key influencers and individual contributors.
The following areas are observed and assessed:
·Workflow of individuals and teams toward desired results.
·Workflow weaknesses and obstacles.
·Time allocation toward high-impact activities.
·Meeting and communication effectiveness.
·Cross department collaboration and team capabilities.
Results You Can Expect: The Business Productivity Profile includes a written report including methodology, tactical actions taken and projected return, and a presentation of findings and recommendations that enable the organization to streamline and improve its overall business productivity and performance.
Individual Productivity Coaching
One-on-one coaching with a Working Simply productivity consultant to improve the client’s efficiency and productivity.
How it Works: The individual coaching engagement begins with the client completing the Productive Environment Scorecard. A Working Simply productivity consultant then reviews the scorecard with the client and creates a Productivity Game Plan.
The Productivity Game Plan will include coaching in the following areas:
·Physical organization.
·Workflow systems and processes.
·Information management – paper files, electronic files and email.
·Execution and delegation systems and processes.
·Time management systems and processes.
·Coaching of team members (executive assistants, direct reports) on the new systems and processes.

Business Information Asset Profile
An interactive process that assesses organizational information assets – files (physical and electronic), databases and email - quantifies their effectiveness and uncovers areas for improvement.
How it Works: The Business Information Asset Profile begins with one-on-one interviews with a variety of team members – executive leadership, records manager(s), team leaders and individual contributors.
The following areas are observed and assessed:
·Paper filing and retrieval systems.
·Electronic document filing and retrieval systems.
·Information workflow weaknesses and obstacles.
·Nomenclature standards.
